Delivery and Pick up

Note: There are exceptions for items that need to be ordered. The Watchviva team will do it’s best to complete deliveries within the expected time frames, but cannot guarantee the goods will be delivered on time. We will only provide free shipping to a Hong Kong address once and will not be responsible for any consequences involving errors regarding the customer’s mailing address and personal information. If you would like for your goods to be sent through the courier SF Express, please indicate the correct address and code of the SF station when filling in the mailing address. Once the shipment has been sent, we will notify you through whatsapp and provide package tracking. Face to face transaction (Only applicable to Hong Kong Island) The watch ordered by the customer will usually be available for in person trade within 7 working days (working days referring to Monday to Friday) after the order is placed. Our meet up location will be at our Kwai Hing office/Kwai Hing station or near any MTR station along the red MTR line. If you would like to arrange for another location to meet up, it will be time dependent.

Refunds

Watchviva hopes to provide you with the best online shopping experience, so we have a return policy in place. We will deduct a handling fee on the order of 5%+$30 HKD on the price of the product ordered. a) Customers can refund goods within 7 days of placing the order. b) The returned goods must be kept in their original condition: meaning, they are not worn / used, and they are in their original branded boxes and bags without being damaged. Please write the order number and the items purchased, and we will happily follow it up your return request for you. Please note there is no refundable shipping fee when returning goods.
